Full-service marketing that makes your business the #1 choice.
Grade: B — Score: 70/100
Marketing 360® leverages advanced technology and AI-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies for small businesses. Their proprietary MADi™ AI analyzes 15 years of data to identify opportunities and maximize ROI.
The platform offers a seamless workflow where experienced marketing experts act as an extension of your team, handling everything from website design to content marketing and social media management. This allows business owners to focus on their core operations while ensuring their marketing efforts are effective.
However, businesses must consider the risks of relying on a single provider for all marketing needs, including potential limitations in customization and the importance of maintaining a strong brand voice across various channels.

Consider switching to Hibu: Hibu also offers comprehensive marketing services but may provide different pricing structures and features.
Marketing 360 offers both self-service software and managed services. The official subscription guide identifies Essentials and Full Platform as self-service options, while Professional includes a Dedicated Marketing Pro, Content Marketing Pro and Advertising Pro. Confirm the work, advertising budget and content deliverables in your agreement rather than assuming access to an app includes someone operating it for you.
Not under the documented Ad Credits model. Standard Model A allocates 51% to media and 49% to management and optimization; Professional allocates 75% and 25%. A separately contracted Model B uses a different optimization fee, so distinguish actual media spend from fees and the software subscription when evaluating results.
Default Model A campaigns run through Madwire's master advertising accounts, and the terms do not provide for transferring those accounts to you on exit. Model B instead documents client-owned accounts for specified channels under a separate agreement, with exceptions for some migrated Pro accounts. Confirm the exact account arrangement before campaigns begin if continuity with another agency is essential.
A Websites 360 or UXi site cannot be transferred as-is to another host, according to the cancellation guide. Save the content and images you are entitled to reuse and plan to rebuild on the replacement platform before changing your domain destination. Rights to paid creative work and non-custom designs differ, and moving the domain does not itself cancel the hosting subscription.
Export your CRM data and save website assets before cancellation takes effect. Self-managed accounts have a dashboard cancellation path; managed marketing customers should contact their Success Manager, with the terms generally requiring 30 days' written notice and completion of the applicable term unless early-exit conditions are met. Lite can archive selected website, CRM and email data after the initial term, but does not keep your website operating. Legal retention obligations mean cancellation does not necessarily erase every account record.
Marketing 360's CRM supports contacts, deal stages, tasks and custom fields, with CSV import for an existing contact list. Its documented Zapier connection can create or update CRM contacts when events occur in other apps. Check the specific trigger, field mapping and required subscriptions rather than assuming every external system has a native two-way integration.
The onboarding terms contemplate either a new website or integration of an existing one. However, Content Marketing Pro's blog publishing is limited to Websites 360; the vendor describes using a separate Websites 360 blogsite for customers whose main site is elsewhere. Payment forms also support other website platforms, so agree which components you will retain and which services depend on the vendor's hosting.
Mailchimp documents email creation, segmentation, testing and automated customer journeys, making it a focused option when email is the primary job. Marketing 360 connects email with a broader website, CRM, payment and managed-marketing offering, with Email Marketing listed in Full Platform and Professional. Compare who will create and operate campaigns, along with contact and message allowances, rather than assuming either subscription includes a marketing agency.
HubSpot Marketing Hub emphasizes CRM-connected campaign planning, forms, nurturing and reporting for marketing teams. Marketing 360 combines business software with separately scoped managed services, and its Professional package includes named marketing personnel and services. The useful distinction is the work your own team wants to control versus the work you want contracted out; compare the required package and implementation responsibilities for each.
