Freshservice licenses the new IT Asset Management model using Asset Units, which measure consumption by the type and quantity of assets tracked in the CMDB. Asset Units are purchased in packs of 500, but Freshworks says this new ITAM model applies to new Freshservice signups from March 31, 2026; earlier customers remain on ITAM Classic until their phased upgrade.
Freshworks currently gives eligible Freshservice Growth, Pro, and Enterprise customers promotional access to Freddy AI Agent Studio as a Free Service through September 30, 2026. As of this scan, Freshworks still says additional pricing and packaging will be shared closer to the end of the promotional period, so the post-promotion price is not publicly established. Agent Studio is currently unavailable in MSP mode.
No. Freddy AI Copilot is a separate paid add-on for Freshservice Pro and Enterprise, currently priced at $29 per agent per month when billed annually. Freshworks also supports a flexi-add-on model, so customers can buy Copilot licenses for a subset of agents rather than every agent in the account.
No. Freshworks says Freddy AI Insights is available only on paid Freshservice Enterprise accounts at general availability, and Pro customers must upgrade to continue using it. Freshworks also explicitly excludes Freddy AI Insights from free-trial accounts because the feature depends on enough real historical service-desk data to generate meaningful analysis.
Freshworks' pricing page describes the 14-day Freshservice trial as free unrestricted access to all Freshservice features, with no credit card required. However, Freshworks' separate Freddy AI Insights documentation explicitly says AI Insights is not available in trial accounts, so the generic trial wording should not be read as including that Enterprise AI feature.
Yes. Freshservice can export ticket data in CSV or Excel, with up to 10,000 tickets per standard export, and Analytics can also support scheduled data exports. Complete conversation history and notes require the Freshservice API or an account-wide XML export rather than the standard ticket export.
Yes. Freshservice supports organization-level SSO using SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and JWT, with documented setup paths for providers such as Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, ADFS, and OneLogin. Freshworks also documents the ability to configure multiple SSO connections within one organization.
Yes. Freshservice supports multiple workspaces so IT, HR, Finance, Facilities, Legal, and other teams can manage their own forms, workflows, permissions, and employee requests while remaining on one platform. Freshworks also offers Freshservice for Business Teams as a separate business-team-focused package when a department needs its own service-delivery setup.
Freshworks says Freshservice has more than 1,000 ready-to-install integrations in the Freshworks Marketplace. It also provides APIs, connectors, templates, and a low-code developer environment for custom integrations, with documented apps for Microsoft Teams, Slack, Jira, Microsoft Entra ID, TeamViewer, Okta, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Zoom, and DocuSign.
Yes. Freshservice supports workflows and employee journeys that can coordinate tasks, approvals, access, assets, and other steps across IT, HR, Finance, and additional departments. Workspaces can keep each team's data and configuration separate while still allowing employees to use a unified support experience.
