Can I use ElevenCreative voiceovers in monetized YouTube videos?

For ordinary, non-Beta Text to Speech, ElevenLabs permits commercial use of audio generated during a paid subscription, provided you hold the necessary rights and comply with its terms. Free-plan voiceovers do not receive a commercial licence merely because you later upgrade. Studio requires separate scrutiny: its published terms restrict non-Enterprise use to personal, non-commercial purposes despite the pricing table's commercial-use wording, so obtain written clarification or an appropriate Enterprise agreement before commercial Studio production. A vendor licence is not a guarantee that YouTube will approve monetization.

Can I create and use a client's voice clone in ElevenCreative?

Instant Voice Cloning, available from Starter, requires confirmation that you have the rights and consent to clone the voice. Professional Voice Cloning, available from Creator, instead requires the voice owner to create and verify the clone in their own account, even when an agency has permission. The client can then share that verified clone privately through a sharing link. This gives access within ElevenLabs, not a downloadable voice model that you can hand over to another provider.

Does ElevenCreative use my scripts and voice recordings to train AI models?

ElevenLabs uses certain submitted data to improve its audio models unless you opt out; Enterprise customer data is excluded by default except as necessary to provide services to that customer. In Terms and privacy, open Data use, disable Improve the models for everyone and save your choice before submitting material you want excluded. This protects new submissions, not retroactive removal of earlier training data. The opt-out is separate from Zero Retention Mode, which explicitly excludes the web UI and playground.

How can I correct names and pronunciation in ElevenCreative?

In Studio, open the Pronunciations Editor, create or select a pronunciation dictionary and connect it to the project. Dictionary aliases let you replace a name or acronym with wording that guides its spoken form; phoneme-tag support is model-specific, so do not assume the same SSML instructions work unchanged in Eleven v3. Regenerate and review the affected passage in context before exporting.

Does ElevenCreative use credits for Studio retakes or only for downloads?

Studio charges for audio generation, not only for downloading a finished file. A selected passage can receive up to two free regenerations when its text, assigned voice and voice settings remain unchanged; the Regenerate control indicates remaining eligibility. Further retakes or changes outside those conditions can consume credits. Exporting already-generated audio adds no generation charge, but an export that converts unfinished paragraphs displays the additional credit cost.

Can I edit translated dialogue in ElevenCreative Dubbing v2?

No: Dubbing v2 produces an automatic result without an in-product editing option. Editable Dubbing Studio projects require selecting the legacy v1 model when creating the dub, and an existing automatic dub cannot be converted into an editable project. That legacy editor is in maintenance mode and receives critical bug fixes only. Choose the workflow before processing the full recording if transcript corrections or detailed dialogue edits are essential.

Can I release ElevenCreative music on Spotify or use it in a commercial game?

The Music model terms permit music-streaming distribution from Creator, but not Free or Starter; this is a licence permission, not a guarantee of acceptance by Spotify. Creator and Pro music use is individual-only, while Scale permits organizations with fewer than 10 employees and Business fewer than 50. Self-service plans and Enterprise Music Lite exclude film, TV, radio and Studio Games, defined as monetized games distributed through more than one platform; those uses require the appropriate full Enterprise Music rights. Export a new MP3 even if you do not need to download the file, because the vendor documents this as a required publishing step. Next, open Export, then Publish, then Audio Native, and select the new export under Published version to update the embedded player. Audio Native requires Creator or higher, and using Studio to prepare the audio remains subject to Studio's separate licensing terms.
